Australia’s defence and aerospace (D&A) budget is growing at an annual rate of 5%, yet the industry currently faces significant skills and labour shortages.

Reskilling the workers companies already have is no longer a secondary option, it is now the only option to succeed, alongside strengthening their existing recruiting outcomes.
